Standard Ground Transportation Service Agreement

Last updated October 17, 2026

1. Application and acceptance

This agreement applies to ground transportation reservations booked through Curry Travel Co (“Curry Travel Co”). The person or organization accepting the reservation (“Customer”) agrees to these terms and the reservation-specific details provided before acceptance.

The written confirmation identifies the itinerary, vehicle class, pricing, and any additional service conditions. All pickup times are local to the pickup location.

The Customer is responsible for reviewing the confirmation and promptly reporting errors or omissions.

2. Transportation arrangements

Curry Travel Co coordinates transportation through independent transportation providers. The assigned provider supplies and operates the vehicle and employs or engages the chauffeur.

Curry Travel Co remains the Customer’s contact for booking coordination, payment questions, reservation changes, and service concerns.

A specific vehicle make, model, model year, color, or chauffeur is guaranteed only when expressly confirmed in writing. Substitutions must reasonably meet the confirmed passenger capacity, luggage requirements, and service class. A material downgrade requires the Customer’s agreement and an appropriate price adjustment or other agreed resolution.

3. Reservation confirmation

A quote or availability inquiry does not secure transportation. A reservation is confirmed when Curry Travel Co issues written confirmation after the applicable acceptance and payment requirements are satisfied.

Changes are subject to availability and written confirmation. Requested changes are not effective until accepted by Curry Travel Co.

4. Pricing and payment

The Customer agrees to pay the charges disclosed and accepted for the reservation. Deposit requirements, payment deadlines, included services, applicable taxes, mandatory fees, and gratuity arrangements will be stated in the written quote or confirmation.

Additional stops, extended service, waiting time, itinerary changes, tolls, parking, and other services may result in additional charges at the rates disclosed before booking or subsequently approved by the Customer.

Payment authorization is limited to the accepted reservation charges and additional amounts authorized under this agreement or separately approved by the cardholder. Curry Travel Co will provide an itemized explanation of additional charges.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation deadlines and charges vary by vehicle, service, date, and transportation provider. The applicable cancellation deadline and fee schedule must be disclosed in writing before the Customer accepts the reservation. This agreement alone does not establish an unspecified cancellation fee.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@currytravelco.org. For urgent or same-day cancellations, the Customer must also call 615-667-0811.

Curry Travel Co will acknowledge cancellation requests in writing. If an acknowledgment is not received promptly, the Customer should call to verify receipt. Cancellation timing is based on receipt of the request rather than the time an acknowledgment is issued.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, payments are nonrefundable. Any credit offered will have its amount, expiration date, and restrictions disclosed in writing.

Nothing in this agreement limits refund, payment-dispute, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

6. Reservation changes

Changes to pickup times, locations, flights, passenger counts, vehicle class, or service duration must be requested through Curry Travel Co.

Changes may affect availability and pricing. Curry Travel Co will explain additional charges or cancellation consequences before the Customer approves a change.

A chauffeur’s ability to accommodate a request does not mean the additional service is complimentary.

7. Waiting time and overtime

Unless different allowances are expressly disclosed and accepted in writing, complimentary waiting time is:

• Non-airport pickups: 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. • Domestic airport arrivals: 15 minutes after the aircraft arrives at the gate. • International airport arrivals: 60 minutes after the aircraft arrives at the gate.

For airport pickups scheduled for a specifically agreed time after arrival, waiting begins at that agreed pickup time.

After the complimentary allowance expires, additional waiting is charged at the applicable vehicle’s hourly rate in full one-hour increments. A partial additional hour is billed as a full hour. The applicable hourly rate must be disclosed before the Customer accepts the reservation.

Hourly service has a three-hour minimum unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overtime is charged at the disclosed hourly vehicle rate in full one-hour increments.

Hourly service begins and ends as stated in the confirmation. Extensions depend on vehicle and chauffeur availability. Waiting charges and hourly service charges will not be duplicated for the same period.

8. Airport pickups and flight changes

The Customer must provide accurate flight information and a working passenger mobile number. Flight cancellations, diversions, missed connections, and changes in flight number must be reported promptly.

Flight monitoring, when included, does not guarantee unlimited waiting or vehicle availability after a substantial schedule change.

Passengers must follow the confirmed meeting instructions. If the chauffeur cannot be located, the passenger must contact Curry Travel Co before leaving the designated pickup area.

9. No-shows

Before a reservation is treated as a no-show, reasonable attempts will be made to contact the passenger or booking contact using the information provided.

If the passenger has not appeared and no contact has been established for 60 minutes after the applicable waiting period begins, the reservation may be treated as a no-show and the vehicle released. The clock begins at the scheduled pickup time for non-airport trips and the airport waiting start time described in Section 7 for airport arrivals.

A no-show is billable at 100% of the confirmed reservation price, with no refund except where required by applicable law. Additional waiting beyond that price may be charged only if separately disclosed and accepted, without duplicating charges.

If contact is established and continued waiting is agreed upon, the disclosed waiting charges apply.

10. Passengers, luggage, and special requirements

The Customer must accurately disclose passenger numbers, luggage, oversized items, child-seat needs, and accessibility requirements.

Passenger and luggage capacity depend on the confirmed vehicle configuration. Vehicles may not exceed safe or lawful capacity.

Undisclosed requirements may require a different vehicle, additional transportation, or a revised itinerary, subject to availability and agreed pricing.

Child seats and accessibility accommodations must be requested and confirmed in advance. The Customer must provide the information needed to arrange appropriate equipment.

11. Passenger conduct and safety

Passengers must wear seat belts where provided and follow lawful safety instructions.

Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, threatening behavior, and conduct that endangers passengers, the chauffeur, or the vehicle are prohibited.

Alcohol is permitted only when allowed by applicable law and the transportation provider’s disclosed policy.

The chauffeur may stop or refuse unsafe or unlawful service. Any resulting charge will be assessed according to the circumstances, accepted reservation terms, and applicable law.

12. Damage and extraordinary cleaning

The Customer is responsible for damage or extraordinary cleaning caused by the Customer or members of the Customer’s party, excluding ordinary wear and routine cleaning.

A minimum extraordinary cleaning fee of $500 applies to incidents requiring treatment for smoking or vaping residue, food or drink spills, bodily fluids, or comparable contamination, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Merely possessing food or drinks does not trigger this fee.

Charges exceeding $500 must be supported by documented cleaning or repair costs. Curry Travel Co will provide an itemized explanation and supporting documentation. The same expense will not be charged twice.

13. Delays and provider service interruptions

Traffic, road closures, flight disruptions, mechanical problems, and other circumstances may affect service. Curry Travel Co will communicate material disruptions and make reasonable efforts to coordinate an appropriate solution.

If Curry Travel Co or the assigned provider cannot deliver the confirmed service, Curry Travel Co will offer an available alternative for the Customer’s approval or a credit for the unprovided portion, except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy.

Purchasing replacement transportation does not automatically establish a right to reimbursement. The Customer should contact Curry Travel Co first when reasonably possible.

14. Act of God / force majeure

Neither party will be responsible for a delay or failure to perform to the extent directly caused by an extraordinary event beyond that party’s reasonable control that could not reasonably have been prevented or overcome.

Such events may include severe weather, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, wildfires, government evacuation orders, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, widespread infrastructure failures, or government restrictions that make the confirmed service unlawful, unsafe, or impossible to perform.

Ordinary traffic congestion, routine staffing shortages, and preventable vehicle maintenance failures do not, by themselves, qualify as force majeure events.

The affected party must notify the other as soon as reasonably practicable and make reasonable efforts to reduce the disruption. Neither Curry Travel Co nor the transportation provider is required to operate in unsafe or unlawful conditions.

If an event prevents service, Curry Travel Co will work with the Customer to consider rescheduling, alternative transportation, or a credit for the unprovided portion. Any price difference or credit restrictions must be disclosed and accepted in writing.

This clause does not automatically forfeit all Customer payments, excuse payment for services already provided, or override refund obligations and other rights required by applicable law.

15. Personal property

Passengers should check the vehicle before departure and report missing items promptly.

Curry Travel Co will assist with lost-property inquiries. Any return shipping or delivery charge must be agreed upon in advance. Responsibility for lost or damaged property will be determined under applicable law and the circumstances.

16. Service concerns and billing questions

Please report service concerns promptly to 615-667-0811 or info@currytravelco.org.

Include the confirmation number and relevant details so the matter can be investigated. Requesting prompt reporting does not shorten any legally applicable claim period or waive payment-dispute rights.

17. Trip information and communications

The Customer authorizes Curry Travel Co to share information reasonably necessary to fulfill the reservation with the assigned transportation provider, including passenger contact information, itinerary, and service requirements.

Contact information may be used for confirmations, pickup coordination, service updates, and billing communications. This agreement does not provide consent for unrelated marketing.

18. General terms and acceptance

This agreement and the reservation details provided before acceptance describe the booked service. Reservation-specific terms take priority over general terms only where clearly identified and accepted by the Customer.

Material changes require agreement by both parties. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

By signing or electronically accepting this agreement, the Customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the reservation details, price, payment requirements, cancellation terms, waiting allowances, and additional charge provisions, and have authority to enter into the agreement.
