Refund Policy

Curry Travel Co (“Curry Travel Co”), operated by Emily Curry, offers a strict no-refund policy. All fees and packages purchased through this website are final and nonrefundable.

This policy applies to every purchase made on this site, including planning consultation fees, ground transportation arrangement fees, event planning packages (day-of coordination, partial planning, and full-service planning), and all add-ons such as day-of fly-out support and guest travel and stay arrangement.

Before completing a purchase, please review the service description and price carefully. If you have questions, contact us through the inquiry form or at info@currytravelco.org before paying.

Once a purchase is completed, no refund, exchange, transfer, or credit will be issued for change of mind, unused services, scheduling conflicts, or partial use of a package.

Fees paid on this site cover Curry Travel Co's planning, coordination, and arrangement work, which begins as soon as a purchase is confirmed. That work is not refundable regardless of whether the underlying travel, transportation, or event takes place.

Prices, inclusions, and package contents are disclosed at checkout. Purchasing a package confirms acceptance of its described scope and price.

The $30 ground transportation arrangement fee covers Curry Travel Co's management of your reservation from start to finish, including changes. It is nonrefundable under this policy.

The ride itself is booked and paid through the ground transportation booking portal. Cancellation terms for the ride are governed by the Standard Ground Transportation Service Agreement, which is provided before a reservation is accepted.

If Curry Travel Co is unable to arrange the requested transportation at all, contact us and we will work with you on a fair resolution.

Event planning packages cover Curry Travel Co's planning and coordination services. Costs paid to third parties — venues, hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other suppliers — are governed by those suppliers' own cancellation and refund terms, not this policy.

Day-of fly-out support fees are nonrefundable once travel has been booked on the customer's behalf. Travel expenses (hotel and round-trip airfare) are additional, arranged separately, and subject to the suppliers' own terms.

Nothing in this policy limits refund, payment-dispute, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law. Where the law requires a refund or remedy, Curry Travel Co will comply.
