Privacy Notice
Last updated October 17, 2026
1. Who handles your information
Emily Curry, trading as Curry Travel Co., is responsible for the personal information collected through this website for our planning and arrangement services. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it and how you can contact us about your information.
2. Information you provide
Inquiries may include your name, email, optional phone number, travel type and trip details, including an itinerary you choose to attach. Ground transportation requests may include the service type, date, pickup and drop-off locations, airline and flight number, notes and interest in event planning.
The AI planner receives the details you enter, such as destinations, departure airport, travel dates, party size, budget, preferences and follow-up messages. Information you choose to include in free-text notes or messages is also part of your submission.
Please provide only what is necessary. Do not enter payment card details, passport numbers or sensitive identity documents into the planner, inquiry form or booking notes. If you provide details about other guests, ensure you are authorized to share them and make this notice available to them.
3. Payment and technical information
Stripe collects payment details in the secure payment form. We use contact and transaction information, such as your email, purchased service, payment status and receipt details, to process and support your purchase. We do not receive your full card number or security code.
Hosting, security and payment services may process technical information such as IP addresses, device and browser information, request logs and error reports to operate the website, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse. IP addresses are used for submission and AI request limits.
4. How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, generate requested AI suggestions, plan and coordinate services, communicate about reservations and changes, process purchases, send confirmations, address service concerns and protect the website against misuse.
Inquiry and booking submissions are saved for review. Submission details may be included in an internal email notification to the business. Agreeing to contact about a request is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Where applicable data protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on taking steps you request before a contract and performing that contract, legitimate interests in running and securing our business, legal obligations, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting prior lawful processing.
5. Service providers and sharing
We use Lovable Cloud and its service providers for website hosting, saved submissions, AI processing and email delivery, and Stripe for payment processing. AI requests, including relevant planner inputs and conversation context, are sent to the AI service to generate responses. Avoid including sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
When needed for a requested arrangement, we may share relevant guest contacts, itineraries and service requirements with transportation providers, accommodation providers, venues or other suppliers involved in your plans. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities when needed to meet legal obligations or protect lawful rights.
External travel and ground transportation booking portals handle information under their own privacy notices. This notice does not control their practices; please review those notices before booking.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The website and connected services may use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies for functions such as authentication, payment processing, security and maintaining service state. Payment and external booking services may use their own technologies under their policies.
You can manage cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking them may prevent sign-in, checkout or other requested functions from working.
7. Retention, security and international processing
We retain information as needed to handle requests, deliver services, maintain required business records and resolve disputes, taking applicable legal requirements into account. Retention depends on the information and purpose; contact us with a deletion request or a question about your records.
We use access restrictions and service-provider safeguards to protect information. Saved inquiries are not intended to be publicly accessible. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Our technology and travel providers may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. Where legally required, appropriate safeguards must apply to international transfers.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to a privacy regulator. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions, including required recordkeeping.
Email info@currytravelco.org with your request. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information, and will respond within the time required by applicable law. Do not email payment card details or sensitive identity documents unless a secure process has been separately arranged.
9. Children and updates
The website is intended for people able to arrange and purchase services, not for children to submit requests independently. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review it.
We may update this notice as our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest revision. For service and purchase conditions, see our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
