These terms apply to the Curry Travel Co. website and planning and arrangement services offered by Emily Curry, trading as Curry Travel Co. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Emily Curry in that capacity.

By using this website, you agree to the terms applicable to website use. By purchasing a service, you agree to its stated description, price and these purchase terms, including our Refund Policy. Please review them before paying and contact us if you have questions. If you act for another person or organization, you must have authority to do so.

We offer travel consultations, ground transportation reservation arrangements, and event planning for weddings, corporate events, celebrations and other gatherings. Day-of, partial and full-service packages have different inclusions as described on the website. The purchased service description and any scope agreed in writing identify the work included.

Planning and coordination fees do not purchase airline tickets, accommodation, venue hire, vehicle service or other supplier services unless expressly included in a written quote. Guest travel logistics management and changes do not include supplier charges or guarantee availability. Changes to your plans may require new supplier bookings or additional charges, which will be explained for your approval.

Day-of fly-out support is a separate add-on. Hotel and round-trip airfare are additional to the support fee and arranged separately. Discuss your event date, service availability and travel expenses with us before purchasing.

Submitting an inquiry, completing a ride request or paying a planning or arrangement fee does not itself confirm a vehicle, flight, hotel, venue or event reservation. Supplier availability, details and applicable charges must be confirmed separately in writing.

Ground transportation reservations are also subject to our Standard Ground Transportation Service Agreement and the reservation-specific terms disclosed before acceptance. The arrangement fee pays for reservation management, not the ride itself. Ride bookings and ride payments are handled through the ground transportation portal.

Website service prices are in US dollars. Review the final amount and any applicable taxes or charges shown at checkout before authorizing payment. Services sold here are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions.

Stripe processes payments for website purchases. Its payment services are subject to its applicable terms and privacy practices. Curry Travel Co. does not receive your full payment card number or security code. Payment confirmation confirms purchase of the described service only, not an underlying travel reservation.

Additional work or third-party expenses outside the purchased scope will be discussed and agreed separately. We will not treat a planning purchase as blanket authorization for undisclosed supplier charges.

All website service purchases are final and nonrefundable, as described in our Refund Policy. Please read that policy before purchasing. Nothing in these terms removes a refund, payment-dispute or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

The cancellation and refund conditions for flights, stays, venues and ride services are those disclosed for the specific supplier booking. Our website service-fee policy does not replace those separate conditions or the transportation agreement.

Provide accurate contact details, dates, locations, passenger requirements and event information, and promptly tell us about changes. You are responsible for reviewing confirmations and meeting supplier requirements, including travel documentation and entry requirements.

Only share information about other guests when you are authorized to do so. Do not enter payment card details, passport numbers or other sensitive identity documents into inquiries, booking notes or the AI planner. Our Privacy Notice explains how information is handled.

The AI concierge produces suggested itineraries, not bookings or professional guarantees. Its output may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Verify current prices, availability, opening hours, transport schedules, safety advice and entry requirements before relying on a suggestion. No AI response reserves or purchases travel.

Independent airlines, hotels, accommodation hosts, venues and transportation providers supply and operate their own services. External booking portals have their own contracts, privacy practices and payment terms. Review those terms before making a booking. We cannot guarantee a supplier’s availability or performance, but will assist with coordination within the service scope you purchased.

Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent requests, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or use it for unlawful activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security concerns.

Website branding, original text and design are owned by Curry Travel Co. or used with permission. You may keep and use your trip summaries for your own planning. You may not copy our branding or website content for commercial reuse without permission.

Travel and events may be affected by weather, flight changes, traffic, supplier disruptions or other circumstances. We will communicate material changes we become aware of and work with you on available options within the agreed service scope. Transportation-specific disruption terms are in the service agreement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or error-free AI output. Responsibility for any loss or service failure is determined under applicable law and the circumstances. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms for future website use and purchases by posting a revised date. Material changes to an already agreed service require agreement; an update does not retroactively change a purchase’s accepted terms. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue where permitted by law.

Contact us promptly with service concerns or billing questions so we can investigate. This request does not shorten a legal claim period or remove your right to dispute a payment.
