Partial Planning

$3,500

You've started planning and the details are stacking up — we take over the heavy lifting while you keep the final say.

Full-Service Planning

$5,500

One planner from the first idea to the final send-off — everything in Partial Planning, carried further, so you can be a guest at your own event.

  • Full vendor management, start to finish
  • A complete day-of timeline and running order
  • Planning calls from booking through the event

Add-ons

Day-Of Fly-Out Support

$750 add-on

Your planner flies out to be there in person on the day of your event. $750 plus hotel and round-trip airfare; travel expenses are additional and arranged separately.

Guest Travel & Stay Arrangement

$300 per group

Flights, hotels, and vacation stays for anyone on your event guest list. We manage the logistics start to finish, with changes included. Travel and accommodation costs are separate from this management fee.

Ground transportation for your event can be added from our ground transportation booking page.
