No mystery about how this works. Five steps, and a plain list of what this site does not do.
You tell me the shape of it
Where, when, who, and roughly how much. Use the inquiry form, the trip planner, or the phone — whichever you would actually do. The before-we-start list holds the details that make the first conversation useful.
You get a draft you can argue with
The trip planner sketches a day-by-day plan in seconds and answers follow-up questions. It is a first draft, not a booking: it has no access to live inventory and can be wrong about times and prices.
I verify before you pay anything
Prices, availability, opening hours and schedules are checked against the dates you are actually travelling. Anything I cannot confirm, I tell you rather than guess at.
You approve, then it gets arranged
Book through the portal yourself at no cost, or send me the details and I arrange it. A ride you book yourself is free; if you would rather I enter it for you, that is a flat $30.
While you are away, one person to call
That is the point of the whole thing. If a day goes sideways, you call someone who planned it rather than a queue.
Straight answers
What this site does not do
It does not hold space
An itinerary from the planner is a suggestion. No room, table, seat or cabin is reserved by using it.
It never asks for card or passport details
Please do not send payment card numbers, CVVs, passport numbers or photographs of a passport through any form on this site.
It does not quote live prices
Anything shown here is planning guidance. The number that matters is the one confirmed for your dates, in writing, before you pay.
All sales are final
Service purchases are non-refundable, so read the refund policy before you buy anything. If a supplier cancels, that is a separate conversation and I will tell you where you stand.
Have it ready before we start
A short list of the things that make the first conversation useful — dates, who is coming, budget, access needs, how you like to travel. Copy it, download it, or paste your answers straight into an inquiry.
