What's included in a pre-booked transfer

Locked pricing at booking — Luxury Sedan $120 or Luxury SUV $140 each way between BNA and Downtown Nashville. Flight tracking — your chauffeur monitors the arrival, so delays don't leave anyone circling. Meet & Greet ($35) — your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name sign, helps with bags, and walks you to the vehicle. Written pickup instructions — BNA's Ground Transportation Center on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2 for pre-arranged rides, included in your confirmation.

Transfers anywhere in Middle Tennessee

The $120 sedan and $140 SUV rates apply only between BNA and Downtown Nashville. We also arrange transfers to and from Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville and across the region — those trips are custom quoted.
