Question 1

How much does wedding transportation cost?

Accepted Answer

All wedding transportation is custom quoted; we do not publish wedding ride prices. Your rate depends on the confirmed itinerary, locations, vehicles, passenger needs and timing. Emily confirms the total and availability before booking.

Question 2

Is there a minimum number of hours?

Accepted Answer

Wedding hourly transportation has an 8-hour minimum. Transfer requests are reviewed individually upon request. All wedding quotes are custom; pricing and availability are confirmed before booking.

Question 3

Which car types can you arrange?

Accepted Answer

Luxury sedans, SUVs, Executive Sprinters, mini buses and motor coaches are options to discuss. Curry Travel Co. arranges rides through vetted chauffeur partners. Vehicle availability, passenger and luggage capacity, venue access and accessibility needs must be confirmed for your wedding.

Question 4

How does the custom quote work?

Accepted Answer

Submit your wedding date, venue and hotel addresses, passenger count, pickup windows, final return time and time zone. Include airport arrivals, luggage, access restrictions and vehicle preferences. Emily reviews the details and replies with a custom quote or asks for anything else needed.

Question 5

Can you arrange the whole wedding weekend?

Accepted Answer

Include BNA arrivals, hotel-to-ceremony rides, reception transfers and late-night returns in one request. Share separate pickup groups and any differences in their schedules so the journeys can be planned together.

Question 6

How can I check my request and see your reply?

Accepted Answer

After your wedding transportation request is saved, a private tracking link is sent to your email when sending succeeds. Open it to view the request status and Emily’s posted reply. Keep the link private. If the email cannot be sent, your request remains saved and you can contact Emily for updates.

Question 7

Does submitting a request confirm a booking?

Accepted Answer

No. A request starts a quote conversation. It does not reserve a vehicle or charge a payment. Confirm the arrangements, rate, availability and applicable terms before booking, and review your written reservation confirmation.
